These terms apply to your use of ralptechnologies.com (the "site"), operated by RALP Technologies Inc. ("RALP", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About RALP
RALP is a comparison and referral platform. We help you learn about financial products and send you to partner institutions that offer them. RALP is not a lender, bank, credit card issuer, mortgage brokerage, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or hold your money.
2. Eligibility
You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory and live in Canada to use the site's forms. Partner products and promotions have their own eligibility rules. For example, Neo's $100K Dream Giveaway excludes Quebec residents.
3. Information only, not advice or an offer
Content on the site, including the cashback estimator and the marketplace preview, is general and illustrative. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not an offer of credit. Rates, fees, rewards, and approval are set by each institution and can change at any time. Check the institution's current terms before you apply, and consider speaking with a qualified advisor about your situation.
4. Registering for the lending pilot
Registering for the mortgage and loan pilot tells us you're interested. It is not a loan application, does not reserve a rate, and does not guarantee you'll be offered a loan or included in the pilot. The pilot's timing, loan types, and provinces may change. We will not send your information to a lender without your express permission, as described in our Privacy Policy. Mortgage and loan matching will only be offered where RALP or its partners hold the licences required in your province.
5. Partner websites
Links to partners such as Neo Financial take you to sites we don't control. Your relationship with a partner, including any application, account, contest entry, or dispute, is between you and that partner and is governed by their terms and privacy policy.
6. How we're paid
We may receive compensation from partners when you click a link, sign up, or are approved for a product. Using RALP costs you nothing. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains this in detail.
7. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information or someone else's details, try to disrupt or break into the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access or delete submissions that break these rules.
8. Our content
The RALP name, logo, text, and design belong to RALP Technologies Inc. Partner names, logos, and creative belong to their owners and are used with permission under our partner agreements. You may share links to the site but not copy it or present it as your own.
9. No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, RALP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the site or a partner's product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia, unless consumer protection law in your province gives you the right to go to court where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
